By using AlejandroCremades.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by AC8 Partners LLC.

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or scrape or reproduce its content except as permitted by law.

All content on the Site — including text, images, artwork, podcast episodes, and logos — is owned by or licensed to the Site operator and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution or as otherwise permitted by law.

Content on this Site — including articles, books, podcast episodes, and fundraising-related material — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, and it does not create any professional or advisory relationship.

Nothing on the Site guarantees fundraising success, investment, or any particular business outcome. Results described in case studies or interviews are not typical or promised.

The Site links to third-party websites and services, including StartupFundraising.com, podcast platforms, retailers, and social media. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your dealings with third parties are between you and them.

We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

The Inner Circle program is closed to new registrations. No new memberships are sold. Monthly live coaching calls are no longer provided.

Existing subscriptions remain with their original billing providers (Stripe or PayPal) and continue under their existing billing arrangements. Nothing in these Terms retroactively changes any existing member's historical contractual rights.

Cancellation: existing members may request cancellation at any time by emailing support@pantheraadvisors.com. Cancellation is processed through the original billing provider. Where available, members may also cancel directly through their Stripe or PayPal account.

Subscriptions whose collection was previously paused remain paused unless the member requests otherwise. No refund or cancellation outcome is promised beyond what the original subscription terms and applicable law provide.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Changes do not retroactively alter existing members' subscription rights.
